Where to look for jobs - besides the internet?

I need to find a job - basic job not a career or anything like that - just something to pay the bills while I'm going to college and taking care of my family.I've tried internet job searches to no avail.What technique should I use whilst trying to find a job, real life apps or online apps or a combination?

A combination, definitely.





In addition to regular job search engines, try craig's list. Check newspaper want ads and job ads. Also, if there is a local store or business you would like to work at, go in and ask if they are hiring. Fill out an application. We used to call it "pounding the pavement."
