How do I get into TV production work as an assistant? I have a BA in communications. I have applied to hundreds of jobs with no response at all. I am so frustrated. I will start at the bottom and work my way up. I just want a chance!

Have you check the Job Openings via the all the Network's Career Site?

Check these sites at least once a month - you never know when an opening will be available. Internship is also another way to get your foot in the door. But most of them are usually available for people who are still in College.
You can also check out http://www.entertainmentcareers.net

They often list production job openings for TV Networks.
Good Luck!!!
