Don't be afraid to find the right agency for you. One that is right for others may not be right for you.
It depends on what you consider full benefits. You want to be sure to receive the benefits that are important to you.
While some value a 401K others may want 1st day health coverage. If it is what you want, it is a good benefit.
Try http://www.travel-nursing-resource.com They have a 7 day course where you can receive a questionnaire for the agency, the hospital/unit and housing coordinator.
That will help you determine your needs and if the company can fulfill them. Great tool.
They also have a strong list of agencies that offer some of the best benefits in the travel nursing field.
Good luck. Don't ever feel like you need to stay with one agency. It is smart to have your resume in with a few to make sure to receive the best offers. They all have different contracts.
Good luck and I hope this helps.
I'm looking for travel nursing jobs that have full benefits. As an experienced nurse, where do I start?
I have been an traveling nurse for 3 years now and I can tell you its a great experience if you find the right nursing agency to work with. The first staffing agency was too small, had a very poor benefits package and overall customer service. After that, I found travel nursing agencies to be either very good or difficult to work with. I ended up using travel nursing source to find my latest nursing position after a friend working at my hospital recommended the website. Supposedly, they only work with the leading travel nurse staffing companies with the best benefits. I got alot less calls about nursing job openings, that alone was a big difference. Try them first, I found my last two assignments through them.
Here is the link I have:
