If you are applying for an overseas job apply with local recruitment agencies which are licensed and not over the internet as you may become the victim of illegal recruiters. You should be aware that the Philippine has an overseas Employment Program which regulates the deployment of workers overseas and implements a procedure through which a worker may apply for jobs abroad for the protection of workers from unscrupulous recruiters. Let me also inform you that there are very few job orders for caregivers now in the countries which you mentioned so iof someone replies to your post with an offer of a job you better proceed with caustion and don't pay out any fees unless you are sure you have an employment and if you are lucky enough see to it you are processed with the POEA.
Reply:I dont know how it works for you to work in the US with caregiving,but in las vegas,NV,,,,you have to be cna/pca ceritified,every year you have to retest!!!


you have to test for step 2 tb,fingerprinting,background checks,cpr certified,and it goes on. If you wanna work in the US,you should call agency that work in caregiving/hospice care. go under yahoo yellow pages,maybe they have a list of agencies that do caregiving.
