Looking for jobs in Minnesota?

I am almost 28 years old and desperate for a job in Minneapolis/St. Paul. I got layed off about fivr months ago. In the last week or so I have applied for about 20 jobs. I have have a college degree and have a pretty solid resume. Anyone got any ideas?
