Looking for business jobs in Rochester MN?

I know there is yahoo jobs, monster and the local paper, but are there any jobs in the area that might be undiscoved potential or someone thinking about posting a job. I want something to challenge me. I have a b.s and gone to graduate school for management. Looking for someone to give me a chance to show my potential and not get overshadowed by 26,000 other employees in rat maze where nobody cares. I'm willing to move if there is potential. Just tired of the same old paper pushing with no opportunity to have input or be creative.

its 3rd biggest city in MN after Minneapolis and St.pual.


the worldest best and most famous hospital is located here -Mayo Clinic (kings, and presidents come to this hospital for check-ups)


The computer company plant of IBM is located here --IBM(international business machines) hires alot of business, engineers and assembly positions
