Beware of unknown job offering sites, some are phony and all the want is your money. I think you should get in-touch with that country's embassy and see what they have to say. That will be your best bet, then you can take your next step. Or you could try one of the major oil companies "Overseas Dept" they might be able to help too. Good luck.
